Guidelines
Orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
Returned product must be received in new condition.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Shipping cost and processing fee are non-refundable except for shipping errors or product defects.

Shipping Errors / Product Defects
Apologies for the inconvenience. Shipping errors and product defects will not incur shipping charges to or from the warehouse only if shipped with FedEx Return Label (included). Please follow the return instructions included with your shipment so your exchange can be processed as quickly as possible. Customers will be emailed an exchange code to apply to a replacement purchase within 2-5 days of receiving your return.

If the online sleeve size recommendation is too small or if you’ve checked the dimensions and think your laptop could fit in a smaller size. E-mail us with your laptop model, order number and a brief description of the sizing error.
Exchanges / Refunds
Customers who wish to return or exchange their purchase for a different size, color or style, will be charged $5.95 for return shipping plus $2/item processing fee. These fees will be deducted from your store credit.
Shipping Errors / Product Defects
Within 2-5 days of receiving your return, in new condition, you will be emailed an exchange code to apply to a new purchase.
Refunds are applied to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.
Return Instructions:
Please be sure to follow the instructions on the Returns Form when sending items back. It will enable us to process the return quickly.
1. Complete the Return Form included with shipment.
2. Use your original packaging materials.
3. Remove or black out any old shipping labels including the original shipping barcode.
4. Seal the box with shipping tape.
5. Affix the pre-paid return label. If you do not have one, contact us by email.
6. To find the closest drop-off location: Visit FedEx.com and select the orange ‘Locations’ tab or call (800) go-FedEx.
