Q: What role does Electricbaby play in Electricbaby Family projects and collaborations?

A: Every project and collaboration is unique. Some projects are funded or actually produced by Electricbaby or both. Some projects receive support from Electricbaby in addition to outside support. If the project is beyond our scope, but we are really into it, we will use all our resources to find additional support to help out.

Q: What sort of collaborations is Electricbaby interested in?

A: Electricbaby seeks artists to collaborate with on a select number of laptop sleeve designs per production run. There is a set exchange and licensing agreement with these artists.

We also commit to two or three non-profit/artist collabs per year that can come in many shapes and sizes. We like to work with non-profits that have a web presence, so that we can link to promote the project. We like to work with artists who have an urban style and the creative flexibility to apply their skills to new landscapes.

Q: Who makes Electicbaby products?

A: We work with friends in Bali, Indonesia for everything from screenprinting, to stitching and sewing. The people we work with are friends and collaborators, who set their own prices for their work. These people are super cool, talented and in the realm of cottage industry on the island. They’re also hip to graphic arts and you can check them out on our collaborators page.

Q: When will my order be processed?

A: Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For US customers, we offer a same-day shipping upgrade for Overnight/Next Business Day orders placed by 3PM EST Monday - Friday.

In order for our customers to receive their product in the fastest time possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. We are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping or add items to an order once it has processed.

Q: Why haven’t I received my order?

A: If your order is under review, the items on your order may not be available at the time the order is released.
REASONS FOR SECURITY CHECK:
> The banking partner for the credit card you provided informed us that one or more components of the billing address that you provided in your order do not match the information in the bank’s system.
> Perhaps you moved recently and have not updated the billing address for your credit card.
> Perhaps you entered the shipping information as the billing information

Q: What if my return is lost in the mail?

A: We cannot issue refunds for items not received by our returns department. We recommend that you use a traceable shipment method to ensure successful delivery.

Q: The electronic gift certificate I sent was not received.

A: It may be that the recipient did not open the mail or that the mail was dropped. If the code has not been used, we can reissue the electronic gift certificate one time, to the purchaser.
