All wholesale orders are subject to a $250 order minimum.

Online Orders vs. Pre-Orders
Online ordering is subject to current availability. To ensure guaranteed inventory, take advantage of our new pre-ordering schedule. Pre-ordering ensures that all your product requests will be met when you need them. Please continue to use this wholesale order form for restock and orders in between the preorder schedule.

Tips for using the Wholesale Order Form
The Order Form is not your shopping cart.
It allows you to conveniently add multiple items to your shopping cart.
Each time you return to the Order Form, all quantities will be blank.
To see your current order, visit your shopping cart.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your total purchase by our customer service department. You will be notified of the charges in an email that includes your tracking number.
